ministry of industry recently approved the release of the automotive industry standard qc/t 1037-2016 road vehicles with high-voltage cables, was formally implemented in september 1, 2016.
this standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of high voltage cables for road vehicles with rated voltages of ac 1000 v/dc 1500 v and below.
qc/t 1037-2016 most of the test items and requirements of the use of gb/t 25085, gb/t 25087, and cable materials related to the following main points:
insulation inspection voltage higher,
ac 600v /dc 900v check voltage is 8kv
ac 900v /dc 1500v check voltage is 10kv
two, the outer wire can only use bright orange
three, wear resistance requirements of the minimum number of times 1000~1500 times
four, resistance to chemical immersion time is changed to 10 seconds, such as gasoline, diesel oil after a single impregnation thermal aging 240h,
the weak corrosive liquid, such as the cooling liquid and the glass water, is dipped in 4 times, and the heat aging is 3000h.
five, flame retardant requirements are higher, the delay time of the flame test is less than 30 seconds. the gb/t 25085 and gb/t of the self extinguishing time requirements for less than 70 seconds in 25087.

high voltage line to meet the requirements of iso6722, dekra k179, qc/t 1037-2016 and other standards. the material is environmentally friendly and halogen-free,
soft, anti cracking, oil resistance and weather resistance, waterproof, acid and alkali resistance, high and low temperature performance is good, not easy to ash and so on.
at present, the implementation of gb/t25085 and gb/t25087 "road vehicles with 60-600v low voltage cable" is derived from the is06722,
for the rated voltage of 60-600v single core or multi-core cable to make the provisions and requirements, but for new energy vehicles use more than 600v high voltage cable,
there has been a lack of standards and gaps. the rapid development of electric vehicle technology, application of high-power electric vehicles to higher voltage operation is completed,
no standard basis, resulting in complex market structure, poor interchangeability. the promulgation of the new standard is expected to reverse this situation.
